Ultrasonic plastic welding machine Operational info:

1. delay time setting: adjusting vibration starting point to start vibration at 0-0.99S after the restricting switch motion.
2. welding time setting: adjusting welding time to 0-0.99S after delay time over.
3. hardening time setting: adjusting the cooling time to 0-0.99S after vibration termination.
4. counter: for recording work cycles, with zero returning button.
5. pressure meter: adjustable working pressure indicator.
6. sonic wave adjusting: adjust the vibrator system and oscillation circuit resonation to obtain ideal efficiency of transformation.
7. amplitude meter: indicating the amplitudes in empty or workload.
8. power switch and lamp: power control switch and circuit open signal lamp.
9. selective switch (auto/hand/sonic check): button for selection of auto or hand operation, and for sonic wave empty load check.
10. sonic wave power adjusting button: for setting sonic wave power rate ranges. Ranges 2-4 for common, ranges 5-6 for powerful output.
